The University of Sheffield Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC) with Boeing is a world-class centre for advanced machining and materials research for aerospace and other high-value manufacturing sectors. Role in the COROMA Project

THE UNIVERSITY OF SHEFFIELD will lead the WP5 “Integration of cognitively enhanced manufacturing solutions”. THE UNIVERSITY OF SHEFFIELD will lead the tasks to integrate the drilling, deburring, polishing and adaptive fixturing processes and validate them in the laboratory. THE UNIVERSITY OF SHEFFIELD will also work in the optimization of the adaptive fixturing operation.
