COROMA had a tremendous opportunity to present its research work at the CIRP GA 2019 from 18th to 24th of August 2019 in Birmingham. Some partners of the project, attended the International Academy for Production Engineering 69th General Assembly where apart from presenting a paper of the collaboration work between The AMRC, IK4-IDEKO and DFKI among COROMA project, we had a dedicated space in a booth by AMRC University of Sheffield.

The keynote paper presented by Erdem Öztürk, “chatter monitoring system and database development for Robotic drilling” was based on a research work in collaboration between AMRC University of Sheffield, Research Center specialized in manufacturing technologies IK4-IDEKO and German Research Centre for Artificial Intelligence, DFKI about new developments in robotic machining for manufacturing.

All attendances that visited The AMRC stand could have the opportunity to find more detailed information about project developments and results in the leaftes and and video exposed. In addition to this, there were researchers attending the stand that who solved all the technical questions.
