In order to address the scientific and informative dimension of the project, COROMA officials will attend next year’s Conference on Manufacturing Systems (CIRP CMS 2018) of the International Academy of Production Engineering (CIRP), a leading body in research applied to manufacturing, that will be held in Stockholm from May 16th to 18th. At that meeting, researchers from Research Center IK4-IDEKO, KTH ROYAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY , University of Nantes and BA Systemes will present several papers focusing on the field of robotics applied to manufacturing.
COROMA will also participate in the European Robotics Forum 2018, which will take place in Finland early next year. The project Coordinator, Javier Hernández from Research Center IK4-IDKEO, will present the overall view, objectives and the progress made to reach the innovations foreseen in the project.
