Within the scope of the OPEN CAMPUS 2017 of the University of Bremen on 17 June, COROMA project was presented at the open day of the Robotics Innovation Center

In the period from 3 pm to 6 pm, interested parties have the opportunity to participate in one of the half-hour guided tours through the DFKI research area. Visitors were able to explore the institute building, its the laboratories and test facilities and experience very different robotic systems industrial production. The Robotics Group at the University of Bremen is also represented with current projects.

Also an overview of the ongoing research at the institute as well as showing them what they have done within the last years in terms of projects and robotic systems were given. Tom Runge, COROMA coordinator in DFKI, informed visitors (non academic and researchers from other institutes) about the latest outcomes of the project as well as the direction the project consortium will head towards within the next months.
